Terrible work. Flooring is not installed as we'd like and I would never use this company again. They had a complete lack of understanding on some of the nuances with different types of flooring and never admitted they had NO clue how to install this.

Allow to preface this with saying my father has a flooring business in another state so I grew up around flooring installs. I had high expectations…. And Bernardo and his team well exceeded them. The most joyful, prompt, efficient team. Super responsive, on time, and the best price we found. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we love our floors. The team crushed 1400sqft in less than 7 hours (even with tricky fireplace angles!) and we are beyond thrilled with the whole experience. So grateful to have found Bernardo and will tell everyone we know that this is the place to go.

Thank you King’s Perez Flooring! You guys are terrific! These professionals came in and turned my home into a brand new place! They were so efficient! Their system had them in and out in record time, and their work is beyond beautiful. The floors and trim are perfect! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding, and the price was more than fair. I would recommend KPF to everyone, and I look forward to having them back to do my kitchen!

Bernardo and his crew did a great job on my floor. They removed all the unwanted tile, and replaced it with vinyl plank. Job was completed in a day, and they left everything clean. Recommend 100%
