"Dominic came to my house and went over the options and gave me an itemized estimate. He was willing to work with us to schedule the job for the same day as the rest of the spa set up. He ran into some extra work burying the cabling under heavy clay. But he did not leave until everything was done correctly. He is very personable and easy to work with. He did make a few suggestions on work that I may need in the future but he was not pushy about it. I will definitely hire him again."

However, when I called the person fielding the call told me they do not do repairs of exterior lights and would only replace the entire fixtures, even for the one that simply has a stuck base of a lightbulb in it because a bulb broke when we were changing it. Why would they not repair external light fixtures and only do entire replacements of them? It seems very odd. They could not refer me to another electrician who does repair external fixtures, so here I am taking a look at Angi reviews."

The technician did incomplete checks and declared the issue was just that the plug was not in place, he did not give us an estimate for approval, he directly billed us to pay $275 for putting the plug in place. After a few days the issue with our cooling reappeared, he came back and mentioned there could be leak but refused to check where the leak was without another payment. When he came the first time he should have at least checked our system properly for the $275 he charged us. They just declared everything is good without even checking with the meter."
