"We had great experiences with a very smart woman electrician from Mr. Electric in the past to replace garage light fixtures and repair some interior kitchen light shorts, so they were top of our list to call for the new issues. However, when I called the person fielding the call told me they do not do repairs of exterior lights and would only replace the entire fixtures, even for the one that simply has a stuck base of a lightbulb in it because a bulb broke when we were changing it. Why would they not repair external light fixtures and only do entire replacements of them? It seems very odd. They could not refer me to another electrician who does repair external fixtures, so here I am taking a look at Angi reviews."

The technician did incomplete checks and declared the issue was just that the plug was not in place, he did not give us an estimate for approval, he directly billed us to pay $275 for putting the plug in place. After a few days the issue with our cooling reappeared, he came back and mentioned there could be leak but refused to check where the leak was without another payment. When he came the first time he should have at least checked our system properly for the $275 he charged us. They just declared everything is good without even checking with the meter."

Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"
