Jarrod arrived at the appointed time, was very thorough in his inspection, and carefully explained all of my options. I was e-mailed the inspection list with pricing so I can plan upcoming projects...stuff that must be done vs. stuff that is not critical to household safety. Jarrod installed a new ceiling fan to replace the one that had fried wires. He used shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt in, was very polite, and easy to work with. He didn't even mind my guard cat stalking him."

"Danny was very quick to respond to my initial contact, and he promptly came out to size up the job. He was very easy to get along with and explained how he and his crew would accomplish the work. His quote came in a bit above a few other bids, but he was able to rework it down to almost match them. Since I liked Danny and his timetable for starting and completing the job (along with the fact that he would actually be performing some of the work himself), I went with him.

Danny's crew showed up promptly on the promised day at the promised time and got right to work. As Danny had explained at the outset, he is somewhat flexible in terms of adding/subtracting services during the job (e.g., halfway through our job, it became apparent that we were going to need to paint a few extra ceilings and another set of cabinets) -- just don't take advantage of this flexibility, which is common sense and courtesy. Despite our additions, he was still able to finish the job on time and update the pricing very reasonably.

"Richard was extremely honest with the estimate & pricing for the installation of 6 pendent lights in my kitchen. He gave suggestions to enhance the project without pretense & no pressure to take it a step further. Richard went a step further to redo the wiring of the homebuilder's electrician to make the lights work better with a three-way redo. Richard was timely in arrival without giving a window of 2-6 hours, he said he would arrive a such a time, & he was there. He maintained a clean work area and cleaned up after he was completed.
