Commercial TV Wall Mount Service
Showed up and spent about 90 minutes looking at the TV (which was already mounted to the wall) and talking to my husband. Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them.

"Tara, we have fired the tech and also adjusted your bill , which you paid by giving you a reduction of your bill to $315 and you have paid that. We will ensure that our techs don't go and get stuff for clients and just have customers get their own parts. In this case our tech was responsible for the lack of communications and that is why he no longer works for us. We apologize for the inconvenience and take this feedback so that no other incident like this is faced by any other customer."
