"Excellent! I had continuous contact with Charles, the owner, for any questions and refinements along the way. His foreman and team were wonderful, punctual and worked allday , every day that the weather allowed. The workmanship was even better than I could have imagined. I had a lot of confidence in CHarles prior to the start of the job, based on our converstaions, as he was very knowledgeable and responsive. But the actual finished product is Perfect. Everyone that sees the patio has commented on how professional and amazing the final product looks. I have a friend that's considering a patio addition in the future and is determined to get this crew for her work. I had no problems at all during the construction phase. No missed days or mis understandings. It was truly a hassle free construction project and a complete pleasure.

They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. The installation and ordering process was great.  They gave me some "sample photos" where I could choose the best color and design.  We LOVE these awnings.  However, I should have ordered the wind sensors at the time of installation.  They have been up for 2 years and over the time of Spring of 2014 and as of last week, I have contacted them 3 separate times.  I called once, I went there two times on a Saturday to order the wind sensors. They seem unable to do this on a Saturday.  Last week, I specifically told the salesman that I had asked two separate times for someone to call me to get these installed.  1 week goes by and NO CALL.   I have them out now, and I can only put them open so far because of the mild wind and I want the wind sensor as a safety feature.

I don't really even remember what I paid for the awnings exactly, because the issue was not with the price or the installation.

I am not sure what is so tough about service and follow up but so far, after three attempts to get some help with this, I got no help. It really overshadows the wonderful service and work prior to that.

I had even offered to be on their website because of how nice they look but at some point, I can't take time off of work for this minor issue in my life.  I am pretty disgusted with businesses that say they are "open on Saturday" but they are not, and with sales that operates better than service!
