His foreman and team were wonderful, punctual and worked allday , every day that the weather allowed. The workmanship was even better than I could have imagined. I had a lot of confidence in CHarles prior to the start of the job, based on our converstaions, as he was very knowledgeable and responsive. But the actual finished product is Perfect. Everyone that sees the patio has commented on how professional and amazing the final product looks. I have a friend that's considering a patio addition in the future and is determined to get this crew for her work. I had no problems at all during the construction phase. No missed days or mis understandings. It was truly a hassle free construction project and a complete pleasure.

The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. "First had the salesman, Jimmy, come out to the home in early April, 2014 and take measurements, show us fabric and we decided on a size (16 x 10) awning.  We had first met Jimmy at the Novi Home & Garden  show and he was very professional, no pressure, and he gave us estimates at our home for several different size awnings.  The work was completed by two installers (Curtis & Alex) on 4/28/14.  The installers were prompt, polite and professional.  The awning was installed in approximately 90 minutes and looks great.  I have had one service call since the installation as one of the support arms was making noise.. I called Jimmy and he had a technician call me within 30 minutes.  The technician set up an appointment for the next week and inspected the installation which was fine and immediately took care of the noise issue by applying lubrication.  I have been very pleased to date and would recommended Marygrove  Awning.
