Their solution was to insert rebar to prop the border back up. With five grandchildren under the age of six, this creates a safety concern, as they could easily injure themselves."

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
