They restrained both deck and balcony. They also removed the original vertical wood spindles on the balcony and replace them with the horizontal steel wire rope to make the balcony match the deck. Beautiful job! I Definitely recommend Stain It without reservation!

I worked with Marcos Hernandez from Stain it/Everest Paint and Construction to build and professionally finish a 2-story deck for the entrance of a duplex. He was able to work within my budget, and got all the work done, to code, and according to a very specific specification I wrote up (they even recommended some substitution and corrections where needed). Additionally, this might be the most honest contractor ive ever worked with - I accidentally overpaid, and he caught the error and offered to refund or rebate me on another project. Of course, I was very happy to accept a rebate on another project because I wanted to continue working with this company.

This company and its owner Jaime were awesome. Provided timely and acceptable pricing and performed excellent service. They actually came in and reconstructed part of an existing fence that a previous contractor did a horrible job on and was terminated. He also completed the rest of the fence to match his reconstruction of previous work. I found Jaime to be friendly, honest timely and provided great customer service. I have other projects coming up and will definitely offer them to him. Extremely satisfied home owner.

As it turns out the company does not do sand blasting to strip chairs but the man helping us was so helpful to let me know of a liquid stripper available and a recommendation of how to use it. Even suggested process and how to be safe using it. I would use this company for the other things they can do for me.

Jaime provided prompt and excellent customer service. Pressure-washed the side of my home removing mold and mildew.
