It was a pleasure dealing with Southern Concrete through the entire process. The salesman was professional and exlpained everthing in detail. The dispatcher notified me that the crew was actually going to be a little early to try and beat the rain. The crew did an excellent job and made sure the jobsite was clean before they left. Great company. Will most definitely use them again if the need arises. Very responsive and punctual for appointments. We had a sinking sidewalk on the side of the house and they took care of it within a couple of days after first contact and getting a quote. I couldn't be happier.

Crew had pictures from quote. Knew I had flagstone paver walkway to pool. After 30 minutes brainstorming how not to break the pavers they finally went to Home Depot and bought some plywood to lay over pavers. Not only did the break 3 pavers the mix they used to raise deck cracked a pipe going to pool. Called Ty Stricklin I believe is the owner and told him I had to pay $800 to repair to see what they could do. Said sorry but it’s in the contract not responsible for cracked pipes. I give them a 1 on customer service.

The concrete supporting the deck around the pool was sinking, causing the flagstone to crack and split away from the pool coping. Southern Concrete Raising performed grout injection around the perimeter of the pool, raising and stabilizing the surface. The job took several hours. Everyone at the company was nice, punctual, excellent communicators, and easy to work with.

The original estimator sent to the site gave good advice. Crew showed up early on the date scheduled. Crew was careful not to damage any existing concrete or surrounding structures/trees, etc. Took their time and did an excellent job. Left the site as clean as they could make it. Charged a fair price and Itemized the differences between the original estimate and the completed job.

When Greg arrived to review the project, he was very clear that they may not be able to lift my driveway where it met the street curb if it was dowelled into the street concrete. But I insisted they try it anyway. Sure enough he was correct, but we did get some improvement further up the driveway. The front walkway was a terrible tripping hazard due to tree roots and Southern Concrete Raising lifted and leveled the sections perfectly level and smooth. The crew was on time, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up work sites. Well done!
