"Jamie Posten (Concrete Magic Designs) was one of the last on my list for several call-arounds and a few in person estimates. After speaking with him I immediately knew he was the guy to go with. The first indicators were the price (compared to others), knowledge and experience (easily determined through conversation), the detailed discussion of the jobs at hand and his willingness to coordinate with my wants and desires. The first job was simply replacing my driveway and the second job was replacing my back patio, both within the same time period. We discussed the potential for delays due to rain. That actually did happen on one of his other jobs which pushed my start date out. But Jamie called my well in advance to give me notification and followed up a few more times to keep me posted and ensuring a conducive start date.
