Happy with their work for years.

It was very hard to get them to start my project after I signed the contract and paid half down. The quality of their work was good but over priced as the plants are tiny. My main complaint is the lack of communication from their admin, we finally just went directly to Mark for information.

They did a good job but are pricey.

This company is a family owned company and they put pave stones in my back yard about 2 months ago. Very hard workers and they did a great job. Yard looks beautiful. Please call on Mark for more information.

Very professional, honest, on time and complete in timely manner. The project was more then I expected or could imagine. My yard looks 100% better since this was done. Terrible! Feel like I was robbed. Charged $500 for a "design" plan a kid could have come up with. Not to scale and very basic garden. I wanted some help designing around a pool as I had never attempted that before. The plan was elementary with no "design". We just moved back to League City from Denton. Two years ago we hired a company in Denton for the same service. TOTALLY different outcome. That company provided a to scale, detailed plan. We are DIYers and the Denton company even assisted us in purchasing the plants at a discount, delivered them to our home with detailed planting instructions so we would have beautiful gardens. And we did! He even stopped by later to see how everything turned out. THAT is customer service I don't mind paying for. We accepted Marks plan and paid him because I made a deal and I always do what I agree to. However, as more time passes the madder I get. Threw away $500 for nothing.

I had a wonderful experience with Mark Buxton and his crew. They were all very professional. When Mark had to leave to get more materials the crew never quite working. Kyle, Marco and Gab were very knowledgeable about what was going on. Also I do not want to leave Marks wife Lori out she was very easy to work with and also very professional. All my questions and concerns were answered. I would recommend this company too any of my friends. Thank you American Property Improvement Love my new patio and my awesome new grass.

Any changes I asked for were done the same day. Lori in the office is so upbeat and cheery it was fun to relay to her what I wanted. Love the design!

Whenever I called or text, I receive a call right back. Very professional and easy to schedule. I am having them come out and do some more work for me.

The project was completed taking a bit more time than anticipated. The quality of the landscaping product was excellent. The crew was very professional. Overall a good experience and I would recommend API.

We had our front yard landscaped and we are thrilled with the results. We explained exactly what we wanted and API delivered. Starting with sales and ending with the installation crew we could not have been happier with the end result. This company goes the extra mile to deliver on your vision.

Very friendly and understood want I was desiring. They communicated clearly and kept me up to date with information. They waited to for me to get home from work to confirm my satisfaction with the completed work. This was a small job and I was very pleased with all aspects of this project, from the beginning to the end. Their estimate and proposal was accurate and fulfilled with no problems. The crew did a good job and clean everything up and had everything looking great

Mark and the crew were very professional. Saw through to completion of job today. The young man who placed the pavers was an artist. They removed wood deck and concrete and hauled away all the detritus. Went above and beyond in fixing the grass as well. Highly recommended.

Mark the Owner and his crew were so good , very professional, excellent work ethics and quality of work. I wound up giving more than the contract amount for the great hard work.
