Addition to Existing Structure Building Service

Thomas and his crew replaced patio trim and a partial gutter. They also repainted two bathrooms. Everything was wonderful.

Excellent remodeling contractor ! Bidding process was efficient, timely, and accurate. Work started on time and finished early. Excellent communications and problem solving throughout the project process. Project results were better than expected. Excellent followup after completion. We hear bad things about remodeling contractors all the time. For once there is a contractor who hit all the bullet points - fair, honest, timely, communications, quality of work, followup, and all at a fair competitive price. I cannot recommend MTC more, and have recommended them often.

Full home renovation. Thomas sets high standards for his talented, loyal crew. Cost in line with other bids. Creative solutions offered for goals like a full length, three way mirror covered by folding cabinet doors. Most highly recommend Thomas and MTC!

Thomas was on site 95% during process. Gutted a rebuilt kitchen, primary bath. Took our wish list and turned both into dramatic examples of fit and finish.
