They were highly efficient and reliable. Their master craftsmen performed with precision resulting in a seamless high-quality experience. They have exceptional customer service building trust with updates about progress in simple language to manage expectations. Their post-project warranty and top-notch engagement makes it easy for any follow-on requirements."

I checked in on them many times and had questions as they worked, which they answered all for me. The bathroom is beautiful. He helped ,e design and make smart decisions for both bathrooms I had done, There was a small issue after the job was done and David addressed this quickly. "The gentlemen that remodeled out bathroom were always courteous and on time. They always cleaned up the area they were working on at the end of the day. They were very patient with both my husband and myself answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we may have had. They completed the project ahead of schedule even though they came across issues they have never encountered while remodeling a bathroom (a gas pipe in the ceiling). We are very pleased with our new bathroom."

"Called Joel on recommendation, he was very polite and there was no hesitation to come by at a time that was convenient for me. Upon meeting we got straight to business. He took the time to listen to what I needed done and showed no hesitation in getting the project done. We previously had another carpenter look at what we needed to be done, but I guess the task was too much for them to handle. With Joel, I was given a fair estimate and with that we scheduled a time and date for the work to be done. Joel showed up 10 min early and within a few hours he was done. We are very happy with our new doors and we ll definitely have more work for him to do in the future."

"Joe Valdez of Windmill Heritage Contracting personalized the remodeling services I needed so that I did not have to move out, although the work was throughout the house. It included removal of ceiling texture in eight rooms and painting two bedrooms (walls and trim). They reworked kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops in both the kitchen and two baths, adding and replacing both indirect and decorative lighting fixtures. The workers were polite and careful with moving/protecting my furnishings and flexible in the timing of the work when personal issues came up. Joe went to what seemed like extra efforts to save costs on some things, keeping the overall budget quite reasonable. Overall, it was like working with family!"
