The remodel project began the first week of November 2024 and was completed by Thanksgiving. They provided high quality through excellent planning, responsiveness, and individualized attention. Their on site competitive cost estimate easily beat out competitors. They were responsive quickly making resources and materials available to provide the best quality. They were highly efficient and reliable. Their master craftsmen performed with precision resulting in a seamless high-quality experience. They have exceptional customer service building trust with updates about progress in simple language to manage expectations. Their post-project warranty and top-notch engagement makes it easy for any follow-on requirements."

"Mario has been our Handyman for over the last 5yrs. He's remolded our home by putting down title in our home. He has remodeled both of our bathrooms, he put in receding lighting through out our home. He's installed ceiling fans. He also setup our backup generator. He helped ,e design and make smart decisions for both bathrooms I had done, There was a small issue after the job was done and David addressed this quickly. "mr. gonzalez did a great job selling me me on Statewide Remodeling doing the work. Only comment I have is with the restocking fee of 25% to change my mind. i got sold on the project but had second thoughts about cost. Presentation was so good that i ignored my business sense and didn't take a day to debated it to myself. I was going to delay the project but that restocking fee of $5000 was too high a price that I was forced to pay to simply say "wait" not cancel. It's legal and rightly so to demand it but it is a bit high considering a great company should have no trouble using materials on another job. If I'm asked by a friend if I recommend Statewide I would have to relate my experience with them. Only reason I rate your company a four star,not five. Finish job gets a five star rating."

I was in dire need of a new home roof and Trinity was one of my original contacts. I was personally impressed with Adrienne when I first met and talked to her; she climbed on top of my two-story roof, along with her roof inspector. Their inspection was performed prior to my actual insurance company’s roof inspection. Both inspections found my roof had suffered substantial hail/wind damage that needed to be replaced and not repaired. I designated Adrienne to work and speak on my behalf with my insurance company. Due to her professional and diligent efforts, I was able to get my roof claim immediately processed/approved through my insurance company’s adjuster. Also, I had some visible water damage to my ceilings, and she got those supplemental repairs approved as part of the roof claim. Adrienne saved me thousands of dollars. I would not hesitate to call Trinity Roofing & Restoration for any of my future exterior and interior home projects!"
