We are a women owned and operated roofing and restoration company. Customer satisfaction is super important to us whether you need us for a roof replacement or just a small drywall repair. Trinity Roofing & Restoration is a company you can definitely trust. I highly recommend Adrienne and her top-level working crews. I was in dire need of a new home roof and Trinity was one of my original contacts. I was personally impressed with Adrienne when I first met and talked to her; she climbed on top of my two-story roof, along with her roof inspector. Their inspection was performed prior to my actual insurance company’s roof inspection. Both inspections found my roof had suffered substantial hail/wind damage that needed to be replaced and not repaired. I designated Adrienne to work and speak on my behalf with my insurance company. Due to her professional and diligent efforts, I was able to get my roof claim immediately processed/approved through my insurance company’s adjuster. Also, I had some visible water damage to my ceilings, and she got those supplemental repairs approved as part of the roof claim. Adrienne saved me thousands of dollars. I would not hesitate to call Trinity Roofing & Restoration for any of my future exterior and interior home projects!

Great, can't ask for better service that what they do. Above my expectations. Almost stress free. My only stress was the weather was no cooperating, but they make sure not to get more damage. So a soon weather got better, everything was done quick and well done. The BBB don't lie, they are really great. And very friendly and understanding above schedule. Husband work nights so they accommodate the work so he was not disturbed. And also very well attended regarding my pets wellness too. I really really happy the way everything was handled. They come a meet with the insurance people and make things so easy for us. Giving them no 5 stars. I giving them 100 stars. Thanks you all for the blessings you give us helping us in what we thought was going to be a nightmare. You guys make it feel like nothing really happened. Thanks and many blessings for all of you. Adrienne was amazing, very helpful, and she was always checking on the progress while work was being done. She made me and my husband feel comfortable after having to make such a huge claim on our house. She made sure everything went smoothly with our insurance and all the work done. Great. Trinity Roofing really helped me. She went up there with the adjuster to review the damage to the roof and explain to the adjuster that there was damage took pictures. I previously called another roofer and that roofer did not do anything for me the claim was declined Trinity Roofing really helped us If we every need a new roof. We will use Trinity Roofing again. I’m going to refer them to any friends and neighbors and family members. They are rated AAA with me.

It was awful! Started fine and did most of the work but did not finish per our contract and now will not respond to emails or text. Paid them over $26,000.00

"I’m sorry that you feel this way about your experience. We worked at your home for three consecutive weeks. We addressed concerns as they came up and asked you if you were happy with the guys and you were. My workers even did extra work for you that was not in the contract and we did not charge you extra for. At the end of the job, we had several walkthroughs with you and we addressed those concerns as well. We didn’t ask for any money to start the job and only got paid after the final walkthrough. We communicated with you that we did not feel comfortable fixing your door from the previous contractors errors which we did not charge you for. Two weeks after the job was completed, we received rude texts and emails complaining. After all the walkthroughs, I’m not sure why these concerns weren’t brought up at that point. At the end of the day, kindness goes a long way and there’s two sides to every story."
