We contracted with handyman services after getting a job bid from Joel Amaya. He gave us a fair price and stated work immediately. He and his crew put in a new ceiling sheet rock in our back room, installed new flooring, textured and painted the wall and trim, and added a trim and two baseboards. He also pruned a few large trees, built up a hole in the yard, put insulation in the water heater clawset, built a new back porch, repainted the front porch, and patched several cracks in the wall and ceiling. He replaced a broken window pane. All jobs were completed. Complete and on budget. All were left clean and materials hauled away. I was impressed with their multiple capabilities and broad experience. Joel maintained excellent communication throughout and was easy to reach. His word is his bond when he tells you he will do something. He does it. Finally, his work is of the highest quality, and we are lucky to have found him.

This is the second job Joel has done for us. This job was the framing of a wall along with wood paneling, trim, and the installation of a door. Joel has always been upfront and honest with us and does what he says he will do in the time frame he says he will do it in.

We have hired a number of contractors over the years and Joel and his son, Levi, are the best weâ ve found. We hired them to do updates on our kitchen, a bathroom, front porch, and paint interior and exterior. They were on time, hardworking, trustworthy and did good work, also did an excellent job with cleanup when they were finished. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend.

Joel and his team did a great job remodeling our bathrooms and painting the interior of the house. They were punctual and got work done right and on time!

Joel came in much lower on his bid than other contractors. He was quick with his estimate and we only had to wait a week for him to start our job. We highly recommend him.

Joel had previously painted our home and did a great job. Last month he rebuilt the small shed we had for our water heater and did a great job. This was the 5th or 6th time we have used Joel at Handyman Services. This time Joel installed our kitchen backsplash and cedar trim in our bathrooms., beautiful! In the past Joel has built a porch, hung doors, painted, and installed a metal roof. He can do it all! Joel's work is always completed on schedule and at very reasonable prices. Joel's work is excellent, and he always leaves the house as clean as when he started. We cannot recommend Joel at Handyman Services highly enough!
