"Jolly's Plumbing Company was referred by 2 of my neighbors and we all had to install new tankless water heaters because of the storm. Chester advised all three of us he would install water heaters that Monday. He called my neighbor and advised him hat he would not be able to do the installed that day. We all stated and agreed this was unacceptable because we all were without hot water for little over week. So everyone disputed the 1500.00 deposit. Each of us paid 1500.00deposit . My two neighbors each received there credit for the deposit. I have not received my credit yet and this dispute was initiated 3/1/2021. I paid with a debit card . They lied said it will be taken care within 10 days. I filed a dispute with Bank of American and they advised me Jolly's Plumbing has up to 45 days to issue credit. I am in my 60's, African American and Widowed. Everyone is experiencing hardships do to Covid. So this company has my 1500.00 and we are went with a plumbing company who service all three homes the next day. I had to pay another 2500.00. And I need my money to pay my bills. So I was in the negative for 3 weeks 2200.00 for every dam 35.00 charge that hit. I still have not received my money and they want answer my call. This is not acceptable. Due to Covid some people are treated differently and taken advantage and it should be okay."

"Pearson Plumbing Curtis, is a quality individual. He, his crew & office staff are very customer-focused. He tries to get to emergency work as a priority & has helped our family out in a bad situation a couple of times, with no unethical charges. Plumbers are expensive, but Pearson prices seem fair. The only thing that is a draw-back is sometimes they are in a bit of a hurry, but it is only to get to another customer's emergency, so no complaint, as we have been that emergency customer our fair share of times"

"I was very pleased with Texas Service Plumbing. Their serviceman, Brandon, arrived on time and was appreciably in this time of COVID-19 wearing a mask. Brandon was very professional and found the leak fairly quickly. I was relieved to find out that it was not a slab leak. Instead, it was underneath the hot water heater closet but above the slab. He patched the leaking pipe dutifully and cleanly patched the sheet rock holes in the garage necessary to find and patch the leak. The good price of $390 was in part for a review, but I pleased with the work anyway. I would use Texas Service Plumbing again and recommend to others."

"Absolutely atrocious experience with this company. Had issues with our fridge/freezer, so they sent a repairman. We had to defrost the entire unit for 36 hours, so lost all of our groceries. (Loss of groceries are not covered - it's in the fine print.) Fine - we'll get the fridge fixed, right? WRONG. Within a month, the same issue occurred. Sent another repairman from a different company. Had to defrost and lost everything AGAIN. Third time with the SAME issue in the past six months and they want to send ANOTHER repairman from a different company who, wait - you guessed it - needs us to defrost the entire unit AGAIN. With the cost of the plan ($655), each $90 service fee, and loss of groceries, we could've bought a brand new and BETTER fridge. Note: our fridge is still not working properly and we are out nearly $1,000 in Fidelity fees alone. Add in another ~$600 in loss of groceries, and we are nearing $2,000. Fidelity are crooks - plain and simple. They outsource their call center to countries where we can't understand the operators, and when you finally do get a manager on the line, they are extremely rude. We are 100% not renewing our contract with Fidelity. We may have to consider small claims court as well."
