Said they would be here between 4 and 6 on Tuesday. They did not show. They did call and came first thing the next morning and fixed our problem for half price. Very nice, very fast and efficient.

They where here when they said they would be and completed the job when they said they would.

The plumbers went above and beyond to install a shower cartridge and pressure regulator near the water meter. They took their shoes off when they came into the house. They went out and got extra parts and did not charge anything extra for the amount of time that it took. I appreciated that.
Unfortunately, they turned off the valve for my sprinklers in the process, moved the valve box, then buried the sprinkler valve! I only found out because, within about a month, everything in my yard started dying. So, here I am a few weeks later with a lot of dead landscaping and I am out $85 after having a lawn sprinkler technician assess the problem, dig up the valve, and turn it back on for me. He was pretty baffled, too.
So, they did the work that I asked of them, but they left me with a dead yard and more work to do. Not to mention all of the landscaping costs that have gone down the tubes. When I contacted Jolly Plumbing before posting this review, they apologized, did not offer to reimburse (at the very least) what I paid for the sprinkler technician, and then said the $600 worth of landscaping that I had put in was "your responsibility to maintain." Now I am no customer service expert, but I doubt that telling the customer about his home responsibilities is in the customer service handbook.  
Don't bother with these guys. There are certainly better plumbers out there.
