The drainage was terrible and Ernesto made some recommendations which they implemented -- some flagstone and granite gravel -- and it turned out wonderful. We pride ourselves in being on time and Great Service. We only use sub contractor when a licensed professional is needed (electrical, plumbing, and gas installations) otherwise we are the professionals for all your outdoor needs.

Following our meeting, he was supposed to provide me with a quote for the work we discussed, but I haven’t heard from him. I’ve since read reviews on Backyards Plus. He either is a 5 star, or a 1 or 2 star based on the reasons I’ve cited above. Not sure if he treats all potential customers this way, or maybe my project wasn’t enough $$$ for him.
