"Turned out that only a few plugs were bad and needed to be switched out and the rest of the plugs on the circuit begin to work . He explained what he was doing and showed me the problem and how to correct on my own if happens again. Will definitely be hiring again in the future for any electrical needs ."

"I had the opportunity to deal with several folks at Adams Electric, from getting my estimate, scheduling the work and of course the electricians that did the job. They were all friendly, professional and willing to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrial services. I will undoubtedly call them again when needed."

"I had an electrical outlet installed on my brick fireplace so I could hang my TV up. I was quoted from another company $600 and would have the outlet box exposed from the brick. I used Enoch and it done for $150. Plug looks great! I'll use Enoch anytime I need electric work done."

"Through Angie's List, I contacted West Houston Electric (WHE) for work on my home following an inspection. I found WHE answering service personnel very polite and helpful. WHE provided a written quote on the same day of my initial call. I noted an item on the quote which was not required and WHE quickly revised the quote. Electrician, Ryan Alston, arrived on-time and reviewed the quote with me and showed me the work that would be done. I watched Ryan do most of the work and asked him questions as he was doing it. Ryan was very professional, has a friendly personality, explained what he was doing and demonstrated the functionality of the GFCI work he completed. Ryan did not have a item he required so Randy brought it out to him without delaying the work Ryan was doing. I would use WHE and Ryan in the future."

"William, the Technician was very professional and discovered the problem right away. Then informed me that he would perform a safety check on all the electrical connections in the electrical panel free as part of the agreed on pricing. This was a really good experience and would highly recommend Mr Electric North West to anyone who need electrical help!"

"Oscar Rosales of Right Pro Electrical Services went over and above for us today. We ran into him at Ace Hardware while we were there looking for a trip circuit breaker. Two places were sold out of the one we needed (Ace and Lowes). Oscar had what we needed in his truck (thankfully!) and I asked him if he would please follow us home and help us out as we had no electricity in half of the house, and no televisions were working (and we had company). Not only did Oscar change it out for us but he also had to move furniture around, troubleshoot the problem, explained everything we needed to do in the future, and also reset our garage door (which has not worked in nearly a year since the last power outage) and did not charge us for that. He really saved the day for us today. We will call on Oscar again and we will recommend him to our family and neighbors as well. We are very pleased with the personal level of service, friendliness and professionalism."

"Professional, genial. Really appreciated the knowledge and patience. Will be using West Houston Electric for all of my electrical needs. Brian was a gem!!!"

"Jordan gave me a thorough analysis of of the electrical issue . I appreciate that he attempted to diagnosis the problem in different ways before reaching a conclusion . His charges are reasonable and were explained before his arrival . The issue turned out to be an appliance issue and not what I had thought . I could tell he is a very honest person and didn’t want to take advantage of the situation . I will definitely be contacting him for any electrical services . Honestly , we need more business like his!"
