"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Zachary Gongora is the most incompetent little POS I have had the pleasure of hiring for my pool maintenance . He would constantly postpone my pool maintenance due to him being behind and working multiple jobs. My pool turned green twice under the few months he worked on my pool. The second time he didn?t come for two weeks, and the entire pool turned green. When I confronted him over the phone regarding his family situation and why he didn?t have a backup for my pool, he hung up and quit on me without fixing my pool. I had already PAID for a full month of service and a filter clean. He said it would take him 12 days to turn the pool blue! And he quit without doing any of that. New company came the day after and told me how badly he?s been screwing up: not backwashing for a while (even though I paid for filter clean 3 months ago), my chemicals all wrong (really high CPA), etc. The new company got my pool blue within 24 hours! Zachary Gongora is a goddamn crook. A loser. Never hire! "
