It was great, they are on time and followed the time frame. The door looks great.

Designer Doors and Windows did an excellent job. From the sale, to the measurement appt., to the installation, they were professional and thorough. The installation was easy. They cleaned up everything after the installation. And we love our new door.

No response from both attempts to contact them. I can only conclude that they do not need business and I should go somewhere else.

Whole experience went very well. There were no surprises or extra charges over their contract price.

They did an excellent job. I would use them again.

The owner of the company is responsive, informative, but not pushy. He delivers quality product. His installers were the best workers I have ever had in my home. They were clean, courteous, dependable, hard working. When they left for the day they cleaned everything up.

Crew arrived on service. Everyone was both friendly and professional. Fitting was extremely accurate and air filters were used to keep foyer clean. All trim work was done to perfection. Owner stopped by during installation to check on process. We will use them again for sure.

I'm very satisfied with the product. It looks even better in my house than it did in the show room. Measuring and estimating were precise and installation was perfect. The 2 man crew was on time, polite and worked efficiently. They cleaned up well when they were done.

Can I first say that I love, love my new front door.  We had never been through the process of buying a new door before but needed to replace our current door that came with newly constructed house. The stain on our old door had started fading and peeling from the exposure to sun, wind and rain and it looked pretty bad.  We decided to go ahead and replace the door versus just having it re-stained. I'm so glad we did.

We had another company come out to give us an estimate on a door, the company sold ProVia doors for a little less but their customer service wasn't as good, so we initially went to the Designer Door showroom. The salesman, Kevin was very helpful and did not  pressure us at all.  We told him what we were looking for and the direction  that our house faced, based on that information he made suggestions and explained the process of how the door would be installed.  He also helped us select new hardware for the door. We left with a quote and after sitting in the parking lot and discussing it for 15 minutes we went back inside  and  agreed we would go with this company. A couple of hours after completing the purchase of the door, the owner called to schedule a time  to come out and take final measurements.

Steve came out the following week took measurements and brought color samples and explained the process of how the old door would be removed and the new door installed with new trim and weather stripping. The door was estimated to take 3 weeks to be delivered to the store, on the third week Steve called to schedule a date for installation.

The guys arrived about 9am and were finished around noon, once they arrived they removed our old door and installed the new one without damaging the door frame, I should also add that the guys performing the work were extremely professional and answered all questions that my husband asked.  At the end of the job everything was cleaned up and hauled away. We were really nervous about this process but it turned out great.  We have received lots of compliments on our door, the door frame is now a dark brown inside and outside.  It looks great and I am very happy with how everything turned out. The  fiberglass door by ProVia is great. We will use this company again when we get ready to replace our sliding patio door in the future.

Designer Door & Windows created a custom iron door with sidelights. They also replaced the glass in the transom window above with matching glass used in the door. Working with Kevin was easy and efficient. We provided several doors that contained elements we liked, and within 2 iterations Kevin had created exactly what we were looking for. The DDW crew came out on time and installed the door. The installation was excellent, and all details were carefully attended. I highly recommend Designer Door and Window, and I thank them for their excellent service.

Our recently purchased 1968 home had original windows and a dilapidated 3-panel French door that needed to be replaced. DD&W listened to what we wanted for our house and came up with an estimate that was perfect for our place - at a cost that was less than every other estimate. Many companies told us replacing our French door with a 2-panel slider was impossible, but DD&W made it happen with a custom door that looks awesome and slides incredibly easy. Install happened about 6 weeks later and took about two days. These new windows and door completely changed the look of the house as well as making it quieter and more energy efficient. The whole process was great. DD&W were so helpful and attentive at every step in the process hey made it all easy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We went by their showroom in Plano, spoke with the salesperson by the name of Kevin Barnes. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He filled in the type of doors we were looking for for the front of the house. He came by and made a home visit to look at the space and help advise us on the door. Because it was a custom door, he laid out the door design and coordinated with the manufacturing company on the door and ordered the door for us. He kept up on the progress of the manufacture of the door and coordinated with his people as far as installation. He let us know when the door was in so we could come and inspect it before they stained it. They did the full staining on it and installed the door the following week. They're excellent.

I was planning a major remodel which include a new front door and sidelites. Kevin did a great job helping me select a door, and Steve and the install crew were amazing. Highly recommend. I more than got my moneys worth.
