I first called this company for a bid on a patio cover around the first part of July 2013. We were having two trees cut down that shaded the patio and I wanted the patio cover installed soon after the trees were gone on July 11, 2013. After a week or so I had never been called back. I had to call a couple of times more before the owner called back to advise they would come out to give a bid. They never came out and I had to call back again. Finally the owner came out to bid the job and called back with an estimate but would not give a definite time for the work to be done. This went on for nearly a month with another visit to re-measure the job for the material and being advised as soon as the material came in a date for work would be given. After a week I had to call back and was advised the material wasn't in. I had to call back still another time and was finally given a date for the work to be done. The workmen finally showed up on Aug. 26, 2013, did the job in a day, then came back the next day to add the trim. They did good work and we were satisfied. Within a couple of days of completion I received a call from the owner wanting to come out and drop off the invoice. I advised I would stop at their location to pay the next day which I did. At the business there was a misunderstanding on the amount and I talked to the owner over the phone and came to an agreement on the amount. While speaking with him he asked how the cover was working out and I advised very well except for rain blowing/splashing in under the cover from the roof of our house and dripping down. It was blowing in over our house gutter. This was due to our design and not a defect of the patio cover. He suggested an option to help with that if we wanted. I called him back Sept. 3, 2013 to ask him to do the work, queried the cost and he said no additional charge. The workmen showed up today, Sept. 5, 2013 and did the job quickly. It looks good and appears to be able to stop the rain blowing in from our house roof.
Although very frustrated over the delay in getting a patio cover during the extreme heat wave, we had done business with this company in the past for solar screens and had been extremely satisfied.

I needed some aluminum cut to a certain size for overhead doors at my rental facility.
I called the man i normally deal with and told him what i needed.. he ordered the stock, cut it to the specifications i gave him, then called me 2 days later to tell me it was ready..
I have use Ideal several times previously with great results each and every time.

i took the dimensions and gave them to Ideal Aluminum to fabricate for us. We picked the color and type of frame from a variety of styles and colors. Screens were fabricated to our dimension and they all fit perfectly in the frames.

I have bought material from this company but had never had them do work for me. They sell quality material and are the only dealer for ALCOA gutter in this area.
The insurance chose them to repair the damaged gutter on my house. Their crew came to appraise the damage and asked me who put up the gutter. I told them I did and when they asked me where I got it I replied I had bought it from their business. They implied they did not believe me and asked if I had got it at a home store,(lesser quality). They left without doing any work and returned weeks later and againasked the same questions with the same attitude toward me. The work was done one day when I was not at home and I got no contact from them about it.
By the way, I offered to repair the gutter myself if the truck driver would furnish material but he refused, said ins. would do it.
After I had added a 45 ft. porch to my house and went to this same business to buy ALCOA gutter, which is only white, thier shop offered to make galvanized gutter to match the galvanized roofing I had bought from them. Price was very close. The gutter rotted/rusted out completely in about four years and I replaced it with ALCOA gutter. The material they used to make the gutter was galvalume which is an aluminum clad steel and the forming of it appparently caused the coating to crack and the steel to begin rusting. The coating came off in large flat flakes. When I complained I was told that material was OK to make gutters.
I had to buy more guttering from them, as the only dealer for what I wanted. Some of the ALCOA gutter on my house is more than 20 years old and still in good condition.
I will buy material from them but they will NEVER perform any work for me.

For both sets of screens, a man came to our house, measured the windows, and came back in a week's time to install. Perfect fit on every window and a beautiful look for the house overall. The window screens have saved us on our electric bill as well.

Company showed up and took measurements, but never called back with estimates nor would return phone calls.

I have called the office and the cell phone a number of times and have not received any response from this company. It has been two weeks and I am trying to get the flashing done and two leaks on the roof repaired. I also have an area where there is ponding, and the flute needs replaced on the second floor as well as a rubber boot.

We had a little bit of damage and were eligible for home insurance. They were quick and clean. They made it work within our budget; the price they quoted was the price they charged. The people who came out were knowledgeable and knew what they needed to do. They got the job done.
