Plumbing
The company from which I purchased the faucets was very professional and friendly, but American Standard was not. During the installation of the faucets, my plumber told me that they didn't fit properly. I, thus, phoned American Standard for a replacement, but they sent me the wrong part. I then had my plumber phone the company to ensure the correct part was delivered. Upon the part's arrival, I had the plumber inspect it at his office, and he found the same issue and told me it must be a defect in the design. An American Standard sales representative who happened to be in the office at that time agreed with his assessment.
Ultimately, I phoned the company several times after this, but to no avail. I was simply told that I would have to live with the issue and nothing could be done.
