The contractor came out with everyday to check on his workers. The workers only took breaks when it was their lunch time. They didn't waste time. They stuck really close to the bid they gave us. We have a Victorian home, you never know what you are going to run into with something like this. He's bid was almost to the penny. He did our remodel and he also recently build us a 870 3 car garage/carport. I would rate them really high! They are nice people and do what they say they are going to do. They don't mess around.

*Our first job was our home ...... a Queen Anne Victorian home total outside remodel and here is what we experienced : *Excellent quality craftsmanship with task oriented team *Go above and beyond to please the client *Stick to original bid without surprises *A full day's work with only a lunch break is what you get for your dollar *Contractor, Rick, comes by daily to check on progress This job lead us to rehire them for phase #2- Demolition of a garage and total rebuild on a 2 car garage with a 3 car carport to match our Queen Anne style home * This job is underway now and we are loving it!! *same excellence as we experienced in job #1 Phase#3 will be a veranda linking our garage to our house!! Rick will be our choice without a doubt!! Thanks to Rick, Sergio and Omar.....you are all the best!
