"I hate to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this was warranted. Please don’t use Master Builders Remodelers & Guaranteed Foundation Repairs! On 8/17, Master Builders Remodelers & Guaranteed Foundation Repairs (www. mbrgfr.com) came to our home to do foundation work. On 9/3, we noticed a sinkhole that was caused by a cut in the sprinkler line where the foundation work was done. While they did several repairs on the lines they damaged while they were there, they refused to come back and repair the damage that wasn’t noticed until later. They did not at all deny causing the damage, but refused to come back and fix it because they didn’t have a crew in the area. The example they used was that if they found diamonds or gold while doing the work, it would be ours, so the problem with the sprinkler line was ours. I don’t see how this applies to them not taking responsibility for the damage they created, damage that ironically would cause future foundation issues if not repaired. Very disappointed by the utter disregard to the property damage they caused. I do not recommend using this company since they will not rectify a problem they created. I’m hoping our realtor, who referred us to this company, will not recommend them going forward."
