James Bond Complete Foundation Repair

We called them on Monday and they came the next day, Tuesday, earlier than expected. Figured out the problem promptly, took pictures and gave recommendation for work. It turned out not to be a foundation issue, but was happy with their professionalism and prompt service call.

We are incredibly pleased with the quality of repairs made to our home and the crew that performed the work on our home. The crew was extremely polite, courteous, and neatly dressed. David communicated with us throughout the repairs and made sure we knew exactly what was happening as different events in the repair process occurred. Every day, the yards were cleaned and debris was nowhere to be seen after the crew left. The crew worked quickly and quietly. Our neighbor even commented how quiet the crew was.  

We have nothing but compliments when it comes to the service we received from everyone at James Bond Foundation before, during, and after the repairs. Examples of the thoughtfulness include one crew member who repeatedly uprighting a potted plant that would blow over in the wind and the extra measures that were taken by the crew to ensure the safety of our dogs by ensuring our side gate wouldn't open once they left the job site each day.

Overall the difference could be seen immediately throughout the entire, with one area lifted per engineer and company advise to its highest extent very carefully, (so not to cause structural damage). The work was done in a timely manner, in about a week, with hardly any damage to the lawn and other landscape. This is a good company to use in DFW, give them a call.

James Bond Foundation Repair provided excellent service during the primary work and subsequent visits to make minor adjustments.  The adjustments were made after the warranty period, but at a reasonable cost.

Everything went well.  I've used James Bond Foundation on several properties and have been very satisfied each time.

Saw foundation movement with cracking sheetrock.  James Bond Foundation repair came, measured the foundation and then repaired a few weeks later.  The repair went well.

They arrived on time and did a complete evaluation of my home.  They drew out an outline of my house and showed me
what all the measurements were throughout the house.  There was very little difference.  He inspected the drainage solutions and recommended that I did not need any foundation work and that the drainage would be adequate to protect the foundation.  They left me with a detailed drawing that included all of the measurements so if I have issue in the future I will have a good baseline.  It is very refreshing to work with a company that wants to do what is right and not just make money.  If I have issues in the future, I will definitely call James Bond Complete Foundation Repair
