"Did very clean work. He masked off the fireplace with a rubber drape, then used his shop vac to vacuum out the ashes. No ashes escaped into the living room. The back firebox wall has cracked mortar and needs replacing to prevent a fire. Then he went up onto the roof to inspect the chimney and took pictures of the roof, chimney, cap, and chimney itself. No repairs needed to the chimney but will return to replace the fire place back wall"

"Doug checked and cleaned my wall furnace along with checking for carbon monoxide and/or gas leaks. A small gas leak was detector that came from the kitchen. Doug eliminated the leak by tightening the flair nut on the supply flex. In the garage, he flushed the water heater and stopped a cold water facuet hosebibb leak in the sink. Doug is very professional and courteous."

"Called and asked them to bring and install a thermal couple on a gas water heater, because pilot light would not stay on. They sent a Master Plumber, who looked at the pilot light and said it would not stay lit and Tried to sell me a new water heater. They then sent 2 plumbers, took 5 minutes to replace TC. Water Heater works fine now. Cost $205 not $1600 for a new heater."

"We had a technician out 8/1/2021. Long story short, an easy job turning into a three hour nightmare for our technician, none of which was his fault. The way our dryer vents is through the roof and has 2 90 degree turns. Our poor technician lost two brushes due to these turns and the sharp aluminum severing his brush heads. All through this process he was still very nice and professional. We wanted a deep clean, but since he could not complete the clean, he did not charge us for it, even though he spent hours at our home trying to get our brush head out. We will have to re route our dryer duct into our garage (only okay to do this if you have an electric dryer, NOT gas) and the technician even sent us a link to a product from home depot for a temporary fix to vent INTO our home. I really appreciated his help and felt terrible about how much time he spent at the home, and losing two of his brush heads due to the builders shotty duct work."
