Ben was literally AMAZING. He was professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me his opinion on what my fireplace needed and why. At no point did he try to hard-sell me. Ben came back a week or so later to do the repairs (the tiles needed to be ordered and cut). He got it done quickly and efficiently. Ben did such a great job that I recommended him to my sister who also hired him. Not surprisingly, he did another fantastic job.

I am very pleased with all star home services! Ben arrived on time to inspect my fireplace. I was pretty sure I went to gas logs installed. Me and Ben talked about it and I came to the decision to install them. Ben took his time and paid attention to detail with his work! I am overly happy with being able to turn my gas logs on with the remote! It looks incredible and keeps that part of the house warm!!!

Chimney Cleaning and Inspection
The technician, Ben was prompt (within timeframe), polite, and very informative in regards to chimney. Took picture of chimney (chase) where there was concern. Answered all my many questions without hesitation. A+ rating. Thank you.
