"This is the worst sprinkler company we have ever used. They used to be much better. We needed to have our system reinstalled after a year of disuse, as well as our control box. There was a lot going on here when they came out, and I never did monitor them. We xeriscaped our front yard and wanted to convert that to used less water. They charged us over $1000 to convert to higher sprays, but they kept finding leaks and the price kept going up. They were supposed to check our back and side yards too, but since they were here, several heads have broken off. Why didn't they do a proper inspection? Also they reinstalled my control box and it cannot be manually controlled, or programmed. When these leaks in the back happened, they charged me $100 to fix one pipe and replace a head (they claimed it had checked before and charged me to come out and do a replacement. WHY DIDN'T THEY DO A COMPLETE CHECK AND ESTIMATE THE FIRST TIME? I HAD ALSO THOUGHT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON AN INITIAL VISIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. I mentioned this during the working visit and told me that it would cost me $6,000 or more--and this was AFTER they fixed some leaks."

"I recommend B. Martinez Construction and Tree Service in the highest terms possible. Bernardo was punctual and after initial negotiations, Bernardo and his team proceeded to remove the tree. They also removed several branches from a neighboring tree. They were professional and competent workers. They worked steadily and did a good and thorough clean up afterwards. I especially appreciated that Bernardo volunteered to come back the next morning to repair my brick tree ring. I was so impressed with the quality of service I received, I have requested that Bernardo provide me with an additional bid for some brick work. I am always happy when I can find honest, reliable, and capable workers like Bernardo and his helpers!"

"I was given a 4pm-6pm window for an initial appointment. Unfortunately, it was a complete no call/no show by Sprinkler Management Dream Yards. Not even a text or email. Clearly they could have reached out to reschedule/apologize. I cannot say how disappointed I am with Angie's List for wasting my time."

"Do not do business with this company. We signed up with them to do routine maintenance of our yard and Oscar not only gave us an expensive price point but disappointed in his service beyond reason. Maintenance was suppose to include lawn mowing, weed control in the lawn, weed control in the beds and bush trimming on a regular basis. Right from the first visit, his guys came and only mowed the yard and didnt do anything else. Upon complaining to Oscar, he said they will do it next time. Again, the second time too, only lawn was mowed. The weed in my beds by that time grew so much that me and my sister had to spend two hours to clean up. The third time, they treated for weed control and trimmed the bushes but only when I stood by them telling them exactly what i wanted. When i complained to Oscar and asked him to compensate me in the following month, he straightout refused and didnt acknowledge the lack of service by his people. Moreover, he started yelling at me on the phone. Overall, a terrible terrible service."
