Hired to Install and maintain Hot Water Heater. Provided prompt information and came ahead of scheduled and completed the Installation, and while there, performed a maintenance of my inside plumbing to see if there were any problems! Definitely would recommend this Company, their pricing for service is very comparative to other Plumbing type companies.

I ask for a inspection and got a plumber providing me estimates of suggested repairs, Not was I really ask for.

Had a clogged main drain. Tech cleared the damage but left the cleanout open, Called twice to have it fixed and no reply. Also were supposed to return the test to see where the blockage occured, the city side or my side. No action.

Tankless water heater installed in June developed a leak and corroded. The heater was not installed with proper clearances per the install manual of the manufacturer. However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts.

Great work on replacing a water pressure regulator.

Great job overall...my only complaint was that once the work was done, no one showed me how to operate the water softener. They showed me the install of the softener and water heater, and then handed me the manual for the softener and left. Hoping that I'm not missing anything when it comes to managing this thing.

Workers were courteous, took time to explain their actions and cleaned the area when their work was complete.
