**Review:** Last week, after the recent storms in Boerne, we discovered a leak in our roof. Due to the high demand, we struggled to find a roofing company that could come check it quickly. Fortunately, a friend recommended Somri Home Services, and they were able to inspect our roof within a couple of days. The owner conducted a thorough inspection and discovered that improperly sealed pipes were allowing rainwater to seep through. I had a leak in the flashing for my stucco chimney. Also had them replace damaged galvanized chimney cap with stainless steel cap. The workmanship of the new cap was outstanding. Ray did a temp fix while waiting for the cap to be fabricated. He was on time time and communicated effectively every aspect of the work he performed. Skilled craftsman. I highly recommend Ray and his company.

I have used Somri for two years, or two fall seasons. Last year they came out and did a basic chimney sweep for me and checked the gas start to make sure it was in good working order. They were very efficient and left the den so tidy. This year, they came out and did a fireplace inspection including checking the firebox and the chimney, including an inspection on my roof, peering down into the chimney. They found several cracks in the chimney that needed sealing. They found several cracks in the firebox that needed sealing. The chimney cap was corroded and needed to be replaced. My house is more than 30 years old so I was not surprised that some general maintenance needed doing. Somri scheduled a comprehensive fix for me that addressed every issue. They came out within a few weeks and fixed everything. Their price was very reasonable for the volume of work they did. They also provided before and after pictures so I could see the work they performed. This is a wonderful small business that I look forward to supporting for many years. Did very clean work. He masked off the fireplace with a rubber drape, then used his shop vac to vacuum out the ashes. No ashes escaped into the living room. The back firebox wall has cracked mortar and needs replacing to prevent a fire. Then he went up onto the roof to inspect the chimney and took pictures of the roof, chimney, cap, and chimney itself. No repairs needed to the chimney but will return to replace the fire place back wall

Ray, the technician, was exceptional. He was courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and the best. I would have liked to know beforehand that I could not buy accessories directly from your company.

the job needed was reviewed and it seem like alot of work however when they started repair they were done in 45 minutes. To expensive for the quality of work and i would not hire them again
