They fixed the problem and even repaired some mis-wirings from a previous company I used a few years back. Sam showed me the wiring issue and how he is going to fix it. He did a complete checkup of our AC and furnace, replaced 2 clogged filters, and sold me a maintenance contract for 3 years of on-going bi-annual checkups for our system. He was very polite and professional. Johnny has been with Cypress Creek AC a long time. He was on the crew that installed our Lennox air conditioner, and we trust him to know his job and understand any issues with our system.
