He was on the crew that installed our Lennox air conditioner, and we trust him to know his job and understand any issues with our system. On a previous visit, he pointed out a gap in our roof (after we had a new roof put on) where the flashing hadn't been put in place. That saved us a lot of $$$'s because it avoided water damage!"
