One summer season later after service from HVAC Heroes, and my air conditioning Trane system is NOT cooling my home. The outside drain is coming out like rain on my back patio. I have contacted them today. Potential customers, lets see together if I can get satisfaction and have an operational system when all is said and done. Thank you.

I priced the fan motor that needed to be replaced and it runs about $150. It took 1 guy 15-20 minutes to replace it while a second guy watched. The bill was $884. I understand companies have overhead but I feel I was overcharged.

Overall their body of work was great! They changed out my Evaporator Coil and when my system wouldn't start they check the whole system to find that I needed a new fuse. They were open and honest about the work I needed to get my system up and running. Even though they are extremely busy, they made me feel like a very welcomed customer and answered all my questions. I recommend going with HVAC Heros if you need work done. I suggest asking for Adrian or Taylor. I will definitely use them again if I have any more work needed with my system.

American AC and heating systems was good at there job. They were on time and very professional. Cory was great, he was very through. He came back 2days later to adjust the vents so they were blowing where we needed them. They been in business for over 25 years!They are a great HVAC company.

I was still on the computer when a lady called me to see what I was needing. She said that she would find a technician which she contacted and called me back told me the time and that he would call when he was on the way. The technician was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. THEY SHOULD BE KNOW AS THE HVAC ANGELS, BECAUSE WE REALLY NEEDED THEM.
