Only downside to the service was the phone estimate to complete the job was $99 and we were charged $129 PLUS an upsell to change the vent cover which the tech said was not up to code and increasing fire hazard. He did not have a new part but instead I stalled a used one (which is in good condition). Tech also photographed and tried to sell a repair to our newly professionally installed AC unit explaining a problem that didn t exist. Would not take credit/ debit card and requested a check. The job we requested was completed well in a timely manner and has a 2 yr warranty but cost $213 instead of $99."
