He did everything from demo, framing, sheetrock, mud, texture, paint, trim & installed doors. Heâ s also done a lot of drywall repairs for me. He does a good job with prep & cleanup.Iâ ve had quite a bit of work done around my house & Santiago is by far my favorite contractor Iâ ve hired. Heâ s always on time, professional, patient & kind. One large project completed was replacing and painting the gable ends of our large 1700 square foot home. The special handyman, Charles took down the old siding and replaced it with new siding.
