"They came on time, did the job, cleaned up, and left. They knew we had an attic door in the doctor's exam room so they entered thru the garage attic door but when they blew the insulation in, they didn't cover or protect the other attic door. Insulation fell in thru the cracks all over the technician who was working with the doctor. Since they knew the door was there I wish they had kept insulation from flying in. Otherwise I think they did a great job. It certainly made a difference in the temperature of the building on hot days."

They were at the job site the day & time they first suggested (a rarity it seems these days). Then they said they could turn around the project within a week, and they showed up on the date/time again and did the work.
