The install team handled it perfectly. There were bumps along the actual install process that were unforeseen. Again, the team handled it wonderfully! They were great about checking in and making sure we truly got what we wanted. Definitely recommend this company and install team. Be very precise about what you want during the consult. Looking back I probably would have seen if they could upload the photo of what the goal was, instead of just showing the sales person. "Our house is on top of a hill, our well is at the bottom of the hill, the well pumps water into a 1500 gallon tank next to our house on top of the hill. Our water is pumped into the house via booster pump. We had no water to the house, and I checked the holding tank to find it empty. I thought for sure my below surface pump was defective. I called Bee Cave Drilling on Saturday morning on Labor Day Weekend and they came out promptly, and found the problem, by the way, was not the submerged pump.
