They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. Then, I went out of town for a few days, so it took a couple of weeks before we were able to get connected. Once we did, they were able to schedule us within a week. The roof repairman showed up on time and was kind and professional. He quickly assessed the potential leak sites, caulking several vents and recommended replacing a couple of others that he explained were very common to replace. He had replacements in his van and installed them quickly for an additional $100, which was reasonable. I was impressed by his level of knowledge, preparedness, and expertise. Since I'm writing this review two months from having the work done, I am pleased to report there have not been any leaks in my roof, even after a very heavy rain a couple of weeks ago (around 3 inches in one night), that would've certainly leaked, if the repairs were not done properly. I would not hesitate to call these folks, when the need arises, nor recommend them to neighbors and friends.
