They were not equipped to clean shower grout and tile and did not do a satisfactory job. Had to hire another grout and tile company to re-do the job. Great Grout, on the other hand, did a great job.

They did a great job. They were right here on time. They took care of it. I remember they did a nice job. They moved furniture around and did what they needed to do.

For starters, I was somehow allowed to purchase a Big Deal through this company even though they didn't service my area. The person I spoke to (I assume it was the owner) was professional about it and said since I had already purchased it he would honor it even though they didn't normally service my area (Leander, bordering Cedar Park). 
My house was built in 2006 so it's not very old. I'm sure the grout has never been cleaned though. They came out and cleaned it and when I got home I literally didn't think they had cleaned anything (my wife was home and saw them clean it though). I called them back, told them I wasn't happy and they said they would come back out for no charge. Again, very professional and much appreciated.
They came back out and this time they used an additional brush to hand scrub the grout after the machine. My wife confirmed that they didn't do this the first time. I spoke to the second cleaner and we found a spot before he started that was tucked away in a corner and obviously clean due to it never really being walked on and he agreed that all of the grout should look like that spot when he was done. After the cleaning the grout is wet and therefore you can't really tell how clean it is. Unfortunately, after it dried it still was not as clean as the clean spot in the corner. However, there was a noticeable improvement between the first and second cleaning.

They got the job done. I was not present when they did the work but the results were fine. They adapted to my schedule.

He was professional, on time , and did a great job of cleaning my carpets.  The carpets looked better than they did with any other
cleaner I have tried.  Much cleaner.   I would definitely have him back again

It went good. They did the service a day or two after I purchased the big deal. They missed a spot or two in the carpet but then I called them and they came back and cleaned up the two spots that they missed. Everything was satisfactory when it was all done. They were willing to work with us. For example, they said two rooms but instead of moving the couches and a lot of seats and stuff like that, we just asked them if they could just do the hallway which would consume about half the time and the square footage that they would be doing so they were willing to work with us in that sense. Their price was fine. It was the best that I have heard. I sure would use them again in the future.

They were honest up front that they might not be able to remove all of them completely.  I'd use them again.   Also, the gentleman who answers the phone said "God bless" each time I spoke with him.  Since these days it's controversial to even say "merry Christmas," I appreciated it very much :)

Arrived on time, friendly, got the carpets cleaned in a timely manner and did a great job.

The fellow that did the work was helpful, pleasant, professional, and did a great job. I will definitely use them again for the rest of my house. I'm handicapped and they were also willing to accommodate my needs in setting the appointment and moving a few minor things. The carpet looks great.

Fantastic job, cleaned the tiles as requested, followed through on the date of service even though the project was scheduled in advance.  I would definitely recommend them for such a service again.

The young men were early but on time, friendly, professional and fast. I do wish I had been told to vacuum before they cleaned they cleaned.
