Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Repair
I hired ruined for a very unique project. I had a collection of antique tiles from a farmhouse on my grandparents ranch that were probably over 50 years old. I plan to use them in a new home we are building. I needed help cleaning the grout off the back and sides of the tiles and cleaning, and re-sealing the top of these cement tiles. Reuben pays great attention to detail and does what he says he will do. He stayed in close contact via text and photos to make sure I was comfortable that the process was going smoothly. He took such good care of these tiles that had huge, sentimental value and are essentially irreplaceable. Iâ m really grateful for his help and hard work.

Very professional and responsive. Floors look great. I put a 3 for punctuality because there was one day where the workers didn't show up, but that wasn't the owner's fault and he made sure to come himself on that day and work. Definitely recommend.

I had purchased tile and I only needed installation of it. I had received multiple bids and all of them were ridiculously high for this small of a job. I contacted RC Tile for a quote. Ruben responded the same day. The next morning I had a written quote and the following week the tile was installed. My husband and I did the demo of removing the carpet and cleaning the floors. Monday, 10-31-16, the tile was placed in my home office and hallway closet. Tuesday, 11-1-16, grouting was done. I wish all my home remodels had gone this smoothly! I highly recommend RC Tile. There still are fair and honest businesses left in Austin and he is one of them.
