Paul is a bright, personable, caring, honest, knowledgeable and thoughtful guy. He always answers his phone and is willing to take the time to explain things. He sends detailed emails with a project timeline and budget breakdown so you always know what is going on. When things have come up after the project was finished, he sends his guys over to address them. I think all of these things are quite unique in a contractor. That is why I give Paul and Patriot Construction 5 stars."

"We completed one round of work with them in May that included the above mentioned work. Price was excellent and work was done extremely well. Had some glitches with the masonry contractor no-showing on a Saturday, and they apparently do not take calls on weekends because we weren't able to get to the bottom of why the masonry contractor did not show. That job was rescheduled and the work went off without a further hitch.

We wanted them to quote some followup work and the owner stated that they would be out August 15th to visit the home and to get the job details and put together an estimate. We left a voicemail the day before confirming the appointment, but they were a no show and we did not find out that they did not show until the August 19th.

Since the first round of work, we moved from the home where they were scheduled to do our follow-up work as we are selling that home and were looking to engage them for additional repairs as the result of an inspection, so we didn't even know about their no-show until they called the morning of the 19th as I explained above.

We have since spoken to Barrett who was very nice and very apologetic,and I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt with the no show, although it is imperative that they improve their communication standards."

The sub-contractors they used were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very, very good. We went from a 'smoking hole' left behind by the previous contractor to an elegant, beautiful, custom master bathroom that is everything we dreamed of.
