"I rarely give comments let alone bad rating. This work was absolutely horrendous and very unprofessional. This project was promised to be done in an hour instead it took 5 hours. He forgot things, went to home depot twice to get NIMA Adapter which is the whole project. The work done was patchy and very bad for the amount i paid. finish the project is clumsy and did not put the protection cover. Now i will have to fix. He out the nima adapter upside down and promised to comeback. Which he didn’t. . I will not recommend his work. If there was a zero rating this work deserves worst rating for work."

He was able to accommodate all of my needs with no issues or delays. He is a true professional, a perfectionist and very trustworthy. Has been in the construction business for many years since he was young with his dad and is a building inspector so he knows what problems to look for and how they need to be fixed correctly. He does not typically work on multiple projects at the same time and will be there on time every day until your project is completed. "Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew. Our home is new to us, but was built in the 70s, we were unaware of how bad the electrical wiring was, the Inspector, for some reason, didn't catch it when we bought the house. There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us. Both men were extremely polite, friendly and considerate of our needs. We will be calling Jade Electrical for all of our electrical needs from now on and referring them to everyone we know."

"Brian checked the kitchen fixture by first putting new bulbs in and they did not work; he then checked the ballasts & they were bad. He had two correct ones in his truck, installed them, put the new bulbs back in and the fixture worked! On to the Utility room..just needed new bulbs. At my request I was given prices for LED Down lights to eventually replace the fluorescent fixtures and we discussed the number I would need as well as the price. We also discussed changing out my existing old 100 watt down light fixtures for the LED down light fixtures. Brian recommended I add a Surge protector to my existing old breaker box and gave me a price for that also. Dylan assisted Brian with the tools and equipment and both were very professional."
