Work went really well...Robert figured out complex wiring for multiple way smart switch installation.

Robert arrived on time and got right to work. He had to make a trip to the parts store and did not charge us for that time spent on the road. The job took about 2 hours. His hourly rate is $165 for routine appointments. The surge protector seems to work as intended. He had to move some breaker so that's why it took 2 hours.

I have had Robert out, about 2 years ago, when I was doing a small kitchen remodel.  I was very impressed with him and his work and called him back last week to do some more electrical work in my home.   Robert arrived on time and immediately went to work on the things I needed done.  Robert is a fast worker.  He is very professional and has high standards.  He makes sure that all work he does is done correctly and will fix anything that someone else has done incorrectly.   Robert is easy to work with and I will certainly call him again when I need electrical work done.  I highly recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work done.

Robert was on time and worked very quickly.  We had to have him come back a second time because my husband and I had purchased the wrong size light for our foyer and that increased our cost a little.  I would definitely recommend Robert to friends and family and will use him again in the future.

If you want something done CORRECTLY and someone who is more than competent then Robert Williams is your man.
I won't let anyone else touch anything electrical in my home. He is on time and professional. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why he had to do it.
Several of my family members use him and we all feel the same way. He is our go to Master Electrician. You don't deal with someone practicing under someone's license. You get the real deal.

Overall, the experience was good. The wiring issue that we had was incredibly complicated, but they were able to help us out. I'm happy with their services.

I love the electrician. I have used his services a couple of times and I am going to use him again in the next month. He is a great guy. I have already talked to him about the job that I have for him in the next month. In 2005, he installed some lights in my kitchen and also some exterior lights in our garage. He charged me $45 to come out and look at the job and $1005 to install eight 4 inch bulbs, to take down a light box in the ceiling, to install wires, to fix boxes for 3 sets of under corner and above corner lights. He also charged an additional $640 to do the installation of under and above corner lights, a motion sensor light over the garage in the driveway, and under cabinet lights. He did the estimate and there were no surprises. He cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job. I didn?t have to call him back for anything because he did it right the first time.

He did some work in my master bathroom in 2007. We replaced some of our lights with lighting fixtures. He added a lighting fixture over the mirror and installed a chandelier. He put 2 sconces over the doorway. He put a fan and a light in the commode room and also installed a fan in our bedroom. The lights that I got to be installed over the mirror were from the internet. He had to do some repair work on those lights. He said that it was a really hard job. He also helped us move our refrigerator and installed some above cabinet lights and ceiling fans. All this was about $1045. There was another one for $850, a ceiling light in the bathroom and sconce light. He also made recommendation of what kind of lighting I need to have here. They worked really well together in terms of who was going to do what and in the right order. They talked to each other and figured out as to who was going to do what. We were also putting in shelf lights in the study and there are ceiling fans as well as some fixtures too. I wanted to know if he could do some work with the speaker wire inside the walls and wanted to know if he could put a couple of more cable outlets. So I left him a voice mail on Saturday, midday. He called me back on Saturday night at 8 o?clock. He said that he wanted to talk to me, but I was out and so he called me on Sunday morning. He said that he would do all the lighting work and recommended us to have someone else to do the wire work. It was pretty impressive that he called me back at 8 o?clock Saturday night and then again on the next day. I got his name from a store from where I bought the lighting fixtures. It was a better experience than what I thought it would be. He was working the whole time. He worked hard and told me what the rate was. He told me about how long he thought it would be. So he was right on and I think it was worth it. He was very responsive and punctual. He was there when he said he was going to be there. He is very professional and is not like a sales guy. He is a nice guy too.

He did great. He showed up on time, did a good job.
