"We did not perform any task for this person involving grout. However, since you posted this, it’ll give us a chance to address some details. Homeowner hired three separate contractors simultaneously. After the others quit, he had us fixing all of their mistakes and hauling away their trash. Threatening us with writing bad reviews, [Member Name Removed] basically extorted additional work out of us with everything we did for him. The additional money he describes was for our subcontracted, master licensed electrician. A good example of all the free work he ask for would be the television the electrician installed four times in the living room, additional light fixtures, switches and outlets in every room. Thousands of dollars worth of interior/exterior paint he had us buy and changed his mind about all of the colors. Changes were made to everything daily if not hourly. Repainted most of the rooms in the house and the kitchen island four times. The project became complicated and more expensive but not because of us. We didn’t mind making changes but [Member Name Removed] didn’t want to pay for the additional work. After all of that, in the interest of taking the highroad we still returned to complete every detail he asked for. Homeowner scheduled times he wasn’t home and actually sent workers away when he didn’t want to be bothered. We love what we do and it shows in our work. The last time I spoke with [Member Name Removed], he told us he was happy with the work and thanked us for working with him through the process. Fortunately for us I can only count on one hand the number of homeowners I’ve met like this in my 20+ years in construction. Notes; Home was built in 1927 and has mostly dilapidated exterior and amateur/bad repair work throughout interior."
