"CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail. After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. "My backyard is very large and with the heavy torrential rains increasing each year, my garage kept flooding. I tried many different approaches from many other companies over many years to include the French drain I installed. None of the fixes worked. "The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater."
