"The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater."

"I need them to work hand in hand with my landscaper, Peter told me this was not an issue the landscaper and the the sprinkler co each talked and set up a time that they could get there jobs done so that the new plants would get watered when they were put in. well this sounded like a plan, unfortunately Peter forgot to call dig tess to get the lines marked. this caused a delay of 4 days and the plants we already going in. i was not going to be in town for the 4 days to keep the plants alive. Peter did accept responsibility and  showed up at my house to hand water the plants over the 4 days. i was very happy with him for doing this most companies would have walked away and said it is your problem. they installed it Monday morning did a great job very fast. Peter took the time to fully explain the system to me not just the timer but the whole system. (and i almost forgot that he spent a week working with my city to see if we could increase the flow from the city water supply so we could use less valves and heads)  Great guy's Thanks.
