Jeff and his crew did a great job replacing our “broken “ French drain system. Jeff explained everything in detail that needed to be done and why. When the weather postponed the job Jeff kept me up to date on when they would be able to get it done. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend using them.

From the get go Jeff was on time and would call to let me know when he would be at my house or if delayed. I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff and his crew. Work was started and finished on time, looks great. extremely happy with the work preformed and price paid. If and when I have more projects to do, and I will, I will only contact Jeff. When I started doing Landscape Designs, I had too many awful crews. Dishonest unethicaletc. Then I met Jeff through a friend. He was honest, ethical, timely, and all the things I could not find until we met. Jeff’s crew has proven themselves through thick and thin… heat and cold. They are great at what they do, and can do all things landscaping and with a smile! They have done many types of retaining walls, borders, patios, French drains, and concrete. When I went to Calloways as a designer, I told Calloways I would only go if I could bring my crew. Well, I’m retired now, but stay in touch, and even have them come all the way to Sherman to do my Sid, new beds, birders, stone, etc. They are the best! I’m a tough critic, so believe me, they have gone above and beyond over and over.

Quality Outdoor Solutions is my go-to company for outdoor projects. Several years ago, I hired them to rebuild and stain my fence. Their work was exceptional and it looks as good today, as the day they installed it. Recently, I hired Quality Outdoor Solutions to re-do the landscaping in my back yard and again, the quality of work was exceptional. Jeff, the owner, is great to work with. He really listens to the customer and he made sure I was happy with the results. The whole process went well, from start to finish, and I highly recommend them.

The team showed up on time with all the necessary equipment and tools to get the job done. They completed the project in one day came back the next day to double check and has since check back in to make sure everything is looking good.

I was referred by my brother to Jeff as he had built his fence as well as put in a retaining wall for him. At first, all we needed was a fence. I called Jeff on a Monday and he came and gave me a quote the next evening. Then the following Monday he began work on our fence. We were pleased with the job so much so that a year later we wanted landscaping for both our front and back yards as well as a covered patio which also would require a much larger slab. My husband said call Jeff and Edgar again at Quality Outdoor Solutions and get them out here. The landscaping is better than I had hoped. We get compliments on it ALL the time. The covered patio lends itself to the simple yet elegant lines we were trying to create in the backyard. The patio is framed with cedar and the underside of the roof uses tongue and groove which my husband was really pleased with. They also matched the shingles perfectly and tied the roof of the patio nicely into the house. I would not have thought of this but they added an additional reinforced footer on one side of the slab to account for the heavy kitchen we plan to add soon. Our friends had a covered patio installation and the people left a mess in their back yard, along with broken sprinkler heads. Jeff and his crew won't leave a mess behind. They are professionals and always courteous and kind. Can you tell we think they are special! The one stop shopping, for us, has been so stress free and the experience...I would rate 5+ stars. We'll be calling them again for when it is time to add our outdoor kitchen and fountain for the dogs.
